Britain’s Murder Map
Nicky was recently asked to create a Key Art campaign for Sky History’s new true-crime series, Britain’s Murder Map. Over five exciting episodes, we see actress Vicky McClure and her historian husband, Jonny Owen, travel the UK exploring culturally significant crimes that have shaped the nation - from infamous unsolved murders, to historic law-changing trials. To create the atmospheric Key Art, the scene was set in a West London pub – the show's central location, where the hosts sit down to interview key contributors and discuss their next steps. Nicky captured Vicky and Jonny in a visually rich image that invites the audience in, as though we’ve stepped into the scene mid-meeting, during a quiet moment of discussion, research, or reflection for the hosts.
